Getting items from an ebayer that wont ship outside Germany?

Hi all,
Has anyone found a way round an ebayer that won't ship outside their home country?
I have found a front and rear bumper valence that i want for my car, but the chap doesnt want to play ball at all..... Sad

Any ideas?

Do you know anybody in the army thats still based in germany?

No m8, my cousin and a friend were in the Army but they left 10+ years ago.
