non delivered item

i bought i set of springs of a member on here and paid through paypal. he gave me the tracking number with parcel force. but when i check it online the parcelforce driver had no item to pick up from the seller!

i wont name names yet, just hope i get it sorted... anyone else had problems with members on this site

Can of worms this is mate ! We have all had good and bad experiences with buying parts from this and other audi forums !

The 'buyer beware' adage can not be applied to on-line buying and selling ! But saying that MOST of the enthusiasts on here are 100% honest and bona fide.

If the seller is a forum member have you tried messaging him/her ?
Your money is safe if you paid through paypal as you have not received the goods
And how do you get a tracking number if it hasn't been picked up ? Confused

he gave me the tracking number, and when i track it on parcel force website it says driver has went to the address and nothing was available for collection. I would rather have the parts than my money refundedthough... Gutted Sad
