Hard to start 2.6 cab

Suddenly have a starting problem with my 2.6 cab.

Bettery seems charged, engine turns over but doesn't catch.

Its a game of leaving it for 5 mins and trying again a few times and then it seems to start ok.

Any ideas?

I assume the immobiliser light goes out first time ?

Might be worth checking for vag-com error codes might be the hall sender. Sure there was a post on this by someone.

All lights were bahving themselves but today the sir bag light would come on once I got the car started for a few minutes.

I think its extra bad today because of the sheer amount of surface water.

Once car starts its absolutely fine its just it needs 3 or 4 attempts over an embarrassing 15 minutes at times!

Its booked in for Thursday, so hopefully know more then.
