I was hoping for a spot of advice. Got a new mobile for Xmas and am having trouble connecting it via bluetooth to my 2010 A6. I can get the car to find it but its not storing it it so everytime I turn the car off I have to go back into the menu to re connect it. My last phone (which the dealer connected up when we collected the car) stayed connected to the car.
I am a bit daft with these types of things and want to avoid having to go back in and ask him to do it again.
Any ideas?

What type of phone is it?
Some phone's will have the option once paired to "always allow this phone to connect"
I know this is the case with Nokia.

Hi Mark,
The phone is a Samsung - it could be the phone, the car has registered the phone and the the phone shows it is paired with the Audi but I seem to need to go into the phone menu to connect it every time the car is turned off..... the last phone just reconnected when it was back within range. Not sure if it is the phone setting or the cars or just my lack of understanding !! Its not the end of the world, but I can see I am not always going to remember to connect it and then be tempted to answer it when it rings.
