Took the tdi for the mot this morning expecting loads to be wrong with it.

failed on cv boot not secured properly and handbrake inefficient......result.

Easy fixes, not bad for 130,000 miles. Very Happy

Nice one Smile

My coupe had it's MOT a few months ago, failed on a total of £40 of work (including, oddly, a CV boot clip). 140,000 miles!

I have managed to get the handbrake working....cost £3.99 for spray lube
I have replaced the cv boot as it had a split in it...cost £14 for a split n glue
mot fee and re test...£69
Total...£86.99 plus 4 hours work

Not too shabby Very Happy
