that 100 looks like a bit of a hybrid with some 200 bits added
Yea its got the 200 front end & back lights, which I think look way better than the original 100 bits.....apart from that its a 10 ... |

You're right it is KE Motronic that I've got.
Tried unplugging the cold start valve when the engine starts to warm but doesn't seem to matter. Tried another cold start valve off of an 1.8 8v engine ... |

changed the fuel pump relay - no difference
Thinking its the temperature sensor on the back of the block which talks to the ECU, or I suppose it could be the ECU?? |

Don't think its the lamda probe as you can start it and let it sit idleing for say five minutes until it gets up to temp then try driving it and its no use.

I'm pretty confident in saying that the 6a is K-Jetronic....?
I don't think its a blocked catalyst because it runs really smooth when you start it cold and drives really smooth until it gets up to ... |

Is this straight forward? I've found front and rear hubs on Vagparts.com for £89 each. Can you just fit these instead of the old ones to change the PCD?
