Not sure what else I'd personally check but what does it do when it "Doesn't start", does it just click when you turn the ignition, does it stall out, does it try to start and not start at all? |

Thanks or the reply, the Engine keeps turning over but will not start, could it be blocked injectors, I have ordered new Champion Plugs, just to rule the old plugs out. |

are you able to lift up the plate of the metering head to confirm fuel is getting to the injectors. |

I removed one of the Injectors from the head, tried the Starter but no
spray of petrol was coming from the injector, there is a petrol spray coming from the Cold Start Valve, both the Injectors and Cold Start Valve are fed by the fuel distributor, so where is the fault located. |

It's fuel pressure that lifts the plate allowing fuel to reach the injectors.
Might be better using the z bridge to run the pump and lift the plate manually, rather than using the starter |

it's fitted to the fuse box in position 8. It's for manual cars which don't require the automatic park lockout
If you remove the fuel pump relay from position 10 and fit the z bridge from position 8 in its place, your fuel pump will run continually - even with no ignition.
It's useful to have an assistant.
You can use this to test your injectors |

Mike, I pulled up the Air Plate with a Pliers and turned the engine on the starter and Fuel was sprayed from the Injector, so they seem to be ok, I understand from your comments that the Air Plate is raised by the fuel pressure from the pump, would I be right in thinking that it looks like the pump is not supplying enough pressure to life the Air Plate and this is the is problem, one other point, when the ignition is on should the fuel pump be running or does it only run when the starter is engaged. |

It's possibly the pump or another component that can affect fuel pressure like the fuel pressure regulator (also often called the warm up regulator), fuel filter etc
The pump should be delivering about 800-900ml of fuel in 30 seconds
I'm guessing yours is a KV. That won't run the pump with only the ignition on. |
