Relatively new to this site, but was wondering if anyone had any ideas on the following.
When I switch off my ignition and remove the key the dash light keep on coming on, lasting for a few seconds and then switching off. This goes on continously, draining my battery. I have attempted the following:
Disconnecting the battery in an attempt to reset - no difference
Attempted it with car locked and unlocked - no difference.
Prior to taking it to the garage, has anyone got any ideas?

Sorry, that would be kind of key!
It's an Audi A3, 54 plate. Basically all of the lights on the dash come on less the coil.

I think you need to get it scanned for fault codes really, nothing springs to mind with me I'm afraid.
