Not long owned a 2001 2.0 20v sport auto, it just stopped the other day, I presumed the cambelt had gone - but its fine! took off the cam cover to find the first cam turns ok but the 2nd one does not move!! it runs off the first cam via a chain and sprocket this also turns fine, has anyone come across this problem before? its the cam that runs the 3v per cylinder. does the cam have a woodruff key etc? any help would be much appreciated.
