try this, i think its a grey interior, maybe they will be able to sell you the footrest if you contact them, i bought from them and they where very helpful.

Probably a bit too late now but it has 3 pins which force out expanding lugs as they are pushed in, to remove it you punch these 3 pins all the way through.
