Very sad day today folks.
7 very happy years have passed. What a car, what a drivetrain, what an engine.
Here's my hats off to the mighty S2. She did me well.
You will be missed.

Still can't quite believe I've sold her. I didn't "need to", but she was getting used less and less as my fun driving time reduces with increasing work hours.
When she was in dads garage, there was no problem, but after he emigrated and I lost that space, she's just sat in the elements.

Local chap Clive mate. I kinda hope I don't see her about in the future, as it'll break my heart, but then I kinda hope I do so I can say "there's my old car" to the wee nipper in years to come.

I did. Yes I could have removed them and sold them for the ridiculously enormous amounts some folks seem to think they are worth. Annoyed the hell out of me when trying to find them.
They suit the car perfectly and they were a good selling point.
