My wife had problems with the engine management light coming on in er A4. Too far from Audi dealer so took to local garage for check. They ran diagnostics and the fault codes returned are 4914 and 5262, (Control unit diagnosis AUDI system overview engine control error memory. No of errors 2).
Can anyone advise as the independent garage said only Audi could tell her what these faults were but there was no damage to the car and she could drive it normally.
I am currently overseas on business so like everything usually does, this has happened when I am away.

Those don't look like standard fault codes and the description is not very err descriptive for want of a better word.
