another maybe silly question. I found this bunch of wires hidden under battery. now there is a green cable attached to battery and runs inside under passengers seat. could not track it further. but all the rest of cables are just hanging loose. any ideas please?

possibly an alarm; although my gut feeling says amplifier or similar? (in the boot?)

mmm the green one could be alarm but there is no amplifier everything is stock. i will try to track it down but the way its attached to battery does not look very proffesional . and ref the other bunch i try to get some more pics tomorow. will let you know. thanks mate

had bit of a play today with this mysterious bunch. traced the green cable all the way to boot behind boot lock.-not connected to anything, it was connected to + on battery. disconnected it, ignition on, started car, checked radio, lights, alarm all electrics no change. cable out. now need to find where rest of the bunch belongs/ed and will get rid of it too.
