Def. displayed on my A3 2.0tdi clock

Help please i have got Def. displayiong on my speedo clock any idea how to fix?

Its a 56 plate audi A3 2.0tdi sline

Hi Rammy,

This fault means that the dashpod is defective and needs replacing. You may be able to send it off to somewhere and get it tested. I would speak to Audi customer care and see if you can get anywhere with them as it not that old. You might get something through good will

Hi,

If it's a 56 plate it'll be under warranty....take it down your local dealer.

I used the guy below twice now....one of the issues was i had ''DEF'' displayed on my clocks and 2nd time had the ecu immobiliser removed/Decoded on a 2007 a4 tdi s-line.........and both times this guy sorted the issues,and thats after a thousand phone calls to all dash repair

companys who all said words like....'CANT BE DONE MATE SORRY'' and ''NEW CLOCKS NEEDED'' and the one ive heard alot of.....DEALER JOB ONLY.....

had my ecu decoded immobiliser bypassed by vagtronics in stoke on trent i A1 service everytime the guy knows his vag ecus inside out, give him a try.
