Brake pedal readings???

Posting in a6 and Vagcom as i need a quick answer and vag com is always a bit slow.

(94 A6 AAT)

VAg-Com :
Engine basic measuring blocks Block 6 Brake pedal.

I presume this should be an on off signal for boost dump??
When at idle and also with ign on engine off. I get '239' in block 6, pedal off and no change with pedal on. Any ideas??? and any one know what the value/s should be.

Currrently got major issues with hunting at idle ( G149 probs)
