ive not had any luck with this same question....
the rears are 13cm, any will pretty much fit along as the speaker surround on the new speakers isnt massive. but you will have to screw them in instead of turning them.
the fronts... now there a bugger. there bigger then a ten not as big as a 13. they measure at about 11.5 cm. really annoying lol. i tried some tens in there and the aftermarket onces didnt sound anywhere near as good though, just stick with your standards if there working alright.
i would love to hear from anyone who have upgraded the rear speakers and which they went for etc...

I've had 3 C4s and here's what I did in each..
Number 1 - replaced the front speakers with Cadence component speakers, I had to cut the stock enclosure a bit to get them to fit and I sealed the gaps up with selant, Result = not much better than the standard speakers
Number 2 - removed fron enclosures entirely and replaced with Alpine 17cm component speakers, Result = looked bleedin ugly but did offer a bit more bass.
Number 3 - left factory speakers in place in thier tuned enclosures but installed upgraded crossovers, Result = about the only thing I could do and I *think* it sounds better.. I also amped the fronts and rears and added a subwoofer with the whole lot running off an Alpine headunit setup with Imprint - which really made a huge difference..
If you lean forwards and put your head over the steering wheel, you'll hear a surprising amount of bass out of the stock speakers in thier enclosures..

i think im resigned to leaving them be. im going to be doing a clever sub fit into my saloon, im going to be fitting an 8" sub behind the centre armrest and cutting through the seat bulkhead and fitting acoustic fabric over the hole so i can actually hear it lol plus i can put it back to standard no issue.
the standard front speakers have a great enclosure if u dont have sealed speakers in them then the bass is pants.
i think im just guna keep em standard unless like on one of my other posts there are uprated audi versions i.e. from a bose system or other high tech system that will fit. this is the only way i can think to do this properly.
