An hello would have been nice... Sad
Hello and welcome to audifans friend. 5 stud conversions are tricky things. Now if I remember right, this is how it goes.
If it's a quattro then you need front and rear hubs from an S2 along with discs caliper carriers and bearings and possibly calipers (not totally sure). If non quattro then you need the S2 front stuff and the rear end is more simple... everything from a 5 stud Audi 100 will bolt straight on.
Someone will be along to correct me if I'm not right no doubt Smile
To be honest, it's really not worth the expense/hassle, you can get some nice 4 stud reps now days Smile
Si.

Ebay, put in "4 stud audi alloys" or "4x108 Audi Alloys" etc, and you should get some interesting (and cheap) results Very Happy

Hi and welcome

which Audi 80 you running??

THESE are what works on B4 saloon and Avant ...or cab FWD ONLY

i did 5 stud conversion to my L reg Audi 80 tdi Avant

rear setup is old type A4 soild discs at rear(ones you fit bearings too).....................rear disc is same diameter....no clearance problems

front is more tricky

got hub carriers and brakes from s2....there are 2 types of hub housings dealing with bolts sizes that bolt through shock tower

MAKE SURE YOU GET CORRECT SET UP FOR YOUR CAR Confused

as my is tdi i got inner cv joints same as the manual v6....outer cv joints same hub on S2
So i got set of dreiveshafts from manual v6 Audi 80
works a treat..........abs sensors ok

seams V6 outer and S2 joints are same...................i using both on car.......no problems after 6000 miles yet...abs works ok

will certainly notice better braking on road Very Happy
i am running car on the 3B S2 ALLOYS..........I THINK LOOKS VERY GOOD.............. Shock

rears on quattro........as prev mentioned by others seams that rear hubs.......discs and posibly brakes are needed

advise also get rear drive shafts as well incase outer joints are different

use new rear wheel bearings

anything more i can remember will add later

HAVE FUN
cheers

Hi Guys i'm new to the forum so I'll introduce myself as Dirty80Quattro, I have a 1994 Audi 80 quattro saloon 2.6E that I'm slowly building into a track car. I have done a lot of mods to it already but I wanna do a 5 stud conversion, will the hubs from an audi s4 (100) fit on my 80? Thanks
