another issue that seems to be happening to my Coupe, i have had the car sat for nearly 3 weeks as i've had an operation, and now both front calipers are catching as i drive, not a huge amount but enough so the the car won't roll on a slight down hill. Anybody know anything about the "bomb" brake pressure thingy? could this be at fault? and also, are coupe brakes suppose to feel...well...a bit crap? Rolling Eyes

Is this all the time or only from cold.

There's a lot of dampness in the air just now that will stick the brakes from cold

it's constant now, no matter how far i drive they catch all the time. could be corroded pistons but i doubt both at the same time would all of sudden bind

I'd recommend stripping the brakes down and checking everything first before replacing anything.

It's likely the pads are sticking in the carriers

yeah i was thinking the sliders might be a bit stuck, when the weather sorts itself out, i'll give the calipers an overhaul
