after driving over 200.000 km in the B5 to a mileage of 414.000km total it
was time to get a new Audi...

so got a 2005 B7 Avant 2.0TDI 16V Pro-line Quartzgrau...

diy Front Mount Intercooler...


GTB2056VK of a 225bhp Touareg...


RS4 drivers side engine cover and full battery cover...


new LUK flywheel with a reinforced Sachs clutch...


custom tuning by VanVughtTuning on stock injectors !!
first tuning with the original curves (blue) and tuned with a slipping clutch (red)...


second tuning with the new clutch (blue) and old tune with out clutch slipping (red)...


these babies are ready to be fitted as soon as the rear lip with
the dual cutout is ready Razz


other short term plans are the rear brake upgrade to S4 300x22mm....
and a KW Street Comfort coilover set...

the TDI's are quite strong...
my tuner (VanVughtTuning) has been racing an Ibiza 130bhp TDI at 300bhp and 520Nm...
engine completely stock, besides the bigger nozzles and big turbo of course...

besides, I don't mash it every day...

decided to replace all the hoses with SiliconHoses... these are 4-ply...
the current hoses are 3-ply...
also ordered some stronger clamps...


should have done this in the first place !!

trying to decide between 3 wheels to buy.... all in 18"...

OEM S4 (B6/B7 model)
OEM DTM = OZ Superturismo LM
Sportec Mono 10





these probably are 19s...


love all three of them... but can only buy one set Wink
friend of mine is probably selling his DTM's after
the winter... have been offered a set of S4's...
and there is a set of Sportecs on ebay...

my previous car was a 90bhp B5... tuned to 226bhp 445Nm in the end Razz

in two weeks the dual exhaust and the KW Streetcomfort coilovers
are fitted Razz
can't wait...

picking up the Sportecs this sunday...

got the exhaust and the KW Streetcomfort set fitted on friday...
very very happy with the end result !!





the exhaust will get some tweaking on friday... it sits too low...
also a middle muffler will be added because it is way too loud now Wink








also got the injectors cleaned... this yielded another 10bhp and 10Nm...
making 250bhp 500Nm Cool

zal idd oppassen... maar rij nu weer op de 17" winters..

the KW is quite comfortable, but the car needs to go up 1cm...
the Streetcomfort is built to do -45mm and it currently sits 55/45...

yes, in time I want to get the S-line doorblades, S-line front bumper,
and bi-xenon headlights...
the windows are getting a subtle tint as well..

it's not easy getting the 2.5V6 diesel to go over 240bhp....
the injectionpump is the limiting factor...

today VanVughtTuning fitted a 63mm Audi middle muffler to the exhaust line...
it has taken off the sharp edge of the sound, but the big 16V sound is still present Wink

video's were crap, so you need to get by with sound only...

sound behind car on idle
sound inside the car on WOT going through the gears from second gear
sound outside when passing by
sound outside when passing by
litte off throttle surge, hard to hear on the recording
