Disaster today - My wishbone snapped right near the busing area Shock
Luckily I was at home, just bopped down off the kerb and uh oh. Confused Shocked Shock

Taken it off and getting new wishbone tommorow. The one Im getting doesnt have balljoint on it though. So took that off mi old one, are the any procedures to follow when re-fitting.

Im sure I have read that you have to nip the bush's up when on the floor, is that all I have to be making a note of.

you'll need to tighten the ball joint nuts when it's on the ground also

did you mark the old balljoint / wishbone before separating them as that's your camber adjustment

I'd recommend an alignment

Infact ignore that cambers the iny outy bit aint it.
Theres supposed to be a good place in keswick which has all that flash laser stuff, body repair specialists etc, think I'll have a bob through there once I get a new balljoint on there too. Current one doent look to healthy either.

might be worth doing both lower ball joints and the other wishbone, if its been on a while, as you are getting the alignment done.
