I have an original fit Audi multichanger in my audi cab. I know the roads arent great after the snow and all but it does seem to want to jump at the slightest crack in the road. Its mounted to the original frame in the boot. Is there anything I can do. Put it on a blanket of bubblewrap !!

Cheers

Dont know if you have cured your problem, all I can tell you is that if you press down on the cartridge that holds your cds it should move down about 10 -12 mm and the come back up and it should also move side to side this is its shock absorber system thats built in. if there is no movement then the transit screws are still fitted this is a common fault that both the dealers and the factory didnt remove these on handover when new. Another fault could be that the mounting plane adjuster could be set wrong, on the side of the unit is a plate that indicates whether the unit is set for horizontal use or vertical use check the setting on this plate is right for vertical use thats assuming you have it mounted upright in the boot bit of a mess about i know but if one of the above is on wrong setting this should cure your problem
