Got me a nice 2.5 TDI SE FSH 143k 2 owners tax and MOT £2840 paid, very pleased with it, has only 2 small dents, 3 scuffs and a few small marks, head lights fogged up, fog light grill missing, only bad point, water getting in passenger foot-well does not appear to be too wet under carpet, having a health check on Thursday will see what pops up, pictures are as I got it, does need a good clean.

Looking for an A6 avant diesel 98 onwards 6 speed decent miles and good service history, Quattro would be nice, Don't want to go loan/finance route. Will have 3k to spend at end of month. I know that ant a lot to spend but my last Audi 80tdi avant was brilliant and that only cost a grand.

Worth having a look on autotrader and pistonheads, there will be plebty to sift through there.

May also want to put up a 'wanted' thread in the 'cars wanted' forum on this site

Cheers
Chris

On the question of service history's on cars it is only as good as the owner of the car ie have just brought a 10 year old Audi A6 1 owner full Audi service history only to find out that the owner only had services done as in oil and filters etc and none of the major work as in leaving it 6 years to have cam belt done and did not have water pump done as adviced at the time so a full service history needs to have other paper work with it to prove other major parts on the car have been done as needed and or adviced May be I am getting old moaning so much but I went to reputable dealer made sure it had full Audi service history and only 1 careful gentalman owner and have been caught out Andy
