bought 2 wishbones off them direct yesterday by phone (not e-bay)
they promised me delivery would be today via courier, when i chased up the non-exisent delivery this afternoon they told me they would look into it, 5 mins later they rang me back and said they had spoken to the couriers and that the courier had visited this morning when i went out.
We had no delivery card left, when i rang the couriers myself they informed me that no parts had been posted until my 3rd chaser phonecall to Virgin, the timings on the scanning barcode system confirmed this.
Not only are they crap at delivering items when promised they also lie to their customers. Hopefully they will arrive tomorrow.

Sorry I use GSF or at least my Garage does when I visit them...and rarely a problem....
