Anybody got a late C4 A6 and noticed that your heated mirrors are on ALL the time??

I've got a 1997 and only noticed this recently, I thought they came on with the heated rear screen so assumed the switch was faulty. On checking the wiring diagram it seem they changed it in 1997 so they bypassed the switch and just come on with the ignition!!

hi andy mines a late 97 tdi quattro and works with the key along with the heated washer jets. cheers bernie.
