Sounds like there's a leak in the slave cylinder, possibly in to the rubber boot, either that or you have a leak in the pipe that you can't see

When the cats start breaking down, you should be able to smell a sort of eggy gas at the tail pies (maybe someone else has a better description). But it does sound like the cat is braking up

The Idle switch will be under the throttlebody normally, it's a microswitch iirc

sounds like your idle stabilisation valve may have seized up, probbably worth taking it off and cleaning it out with carb cleaner and even soaking it overnight.

At long last I succesfully installed my kit last night, if you have any questions fire them my way.

Just to confirm, the wire you have cut and joined to the kit is a green and blue wire.

Really easy one, make sure your wire is the same or slightly thicker than the current wire. If you want it in figures, 60w/12v=5a. Just make sure your wires can handle 5amps or more Smile
