At the time of its market launch three years ago, this large saloon shot straight to the top of the luxury segment thanks to its dynamic qualities. The Ingolstadt brand is now unveiling a sporty top model of the very highest calibre: the Audi S8 stands for exceptional dynamism, as expressed by its engine, transmission, suspension and design, as well as for exclusiveness and luxury. It will be appearing on the market in mid-2006, with a price tag of €97,600.

| A8 3.2 FSI now with added quattro security |
|
 The recently released A8 3.2 with FSI direct petrol injection technology is now available with the option of quattro permanent four-wheel-drive for added all-weather driving security. The new A8 3.2 FSI quattro models join their front-wheel-drive 3.2 FSI counterparts with OTR prices starting from £49,830, and open for order this week.

| Luxurious and secure: Three awards for the Audi A8 |
|
 The Audi A8 has picked up three new awards: in the USA it was voted Best Luxury Car by the readers of AutoWeek. The British magazine Auto Express also named the Audi A8 Luxury Car of the Year. And the British vehicle security institute Thatcham voted the Audi A8 the most secure car in its class in terms of theft and break-in protection.
